What is Mouse Polling Rate?
Polling rate is how often your mouse reports its position to your computer per second. Higher polling rate = lower input lag.

- • 125Hz = 125 reports/sec = 8ms delay
Why is my result showing 125Hz?
This usually means: office mouse, driver not configured, or Bluetooth mode.
- • You have an office/standard mouse
- • Your gaming mouse driver is not configured
- • You are in Bluetooth mode
Solution: Check your mouse software (G-Hub, Synapse, etc.) and set to 1000Hz.

What about 4000Hz or 8000Hz mice?
Browsers typically cap at 1000Hz+. The benefits above that are marginal for most users.
